2017 - CEHS-Faculty Student Mentoring Award

Eligibility:

Academic Rank of Tenure-track, all ranks, Professor of Practice, all ranks 

Criteria:

1.    One letter that attests to the quality of the individual’s mentoring and the extraordinary effort contributed to students by the nominee, and the impact of the individual’s mentoring on the student(s)
2.    Letters from two students (current or former)
3.    Nominee-prepared materials related to their creative efforts relative to mentoring. Prepare a summary describing how you mentor, the outcomes and impacts of your mentoring summarized using a chart or table. The narrative should be no longer than two pages in length plus the chart
4.    Mentoring and Advising. How do you define mentoring? What are some of the outcomes and impacts of the individual’s data on how they define mentoring and the outcomes? Please summarize using a chart or table
5.    Must be uploaded in a continuous PDF or Word file
